We are pleased to announce that on 22 December preliminary agreement was signed, based on which Samsung Electronics Poland Manufacturing Sp. z o.o. (newly established company belonging to Samsung Group) will take over washing machine and refrigerator plants of Amica Wronki. Transaction price was PLN 204.5 million plus inventories. 

 

According to the final agreement both sides will sign sales agreement by the end of March 2010. Both parties will also sign OEM agreement, which will regulate conditions of supply of washing machines and refrigerators by Samsung to Amica.
