  • Sell Side Advisory. When our client decides to sell his company or divest of part of assets, Azimutus ensures this is done most effectively and efficiently. We evaluate whether it is more profitable to sell the company as one entity or in parts to extract more value from the transaction. In parallel, we prepare the list of investors for whom such an asset may be most valuable. Thanks to many years of experience, Azimutus has an extensive network of  personal relationships with both trade and financial investors. The resulting negotiation strategy depends on the number of investors involved. We also supervise the due diligence process and work with legal advisors to make sure that all the business decisions are properly reflected in the documentation. We support the entire transaction process up until its successful closing.
  • Buy Side Advisory. Azimutus provides comprehensive buy-side services, starting either with a decision whether to buy or in the best possible execution of the decision already taken. Side by side with the client, Azimutus develops the criteria to select relevant acquisition targets and approaches the relevant companies. In addition to valuation, we may provide commercial due diligence services. We believe in long term client relationships and are not afraid to give negative recommendations
  • Expansion capital – we help entrepreneurs finance their growth, typically with capital from Private Equity funds

Valuations, IBR – valuation is typically done as a  part of the transaction process, however sometimes is done on stand-alone basis. We may also carry out IBR on request of lenders.
