White Stone Development, a Poland-based developer of modern commercial and residential real estate, has acquired 70% shares in MAAT4, according to an announcement by advisory firm Azimutus, the exclusive advisor to MAAT4 in the transaction.
MAAT4 is a Polish technology company operating in the area of data center, power engineering, security systems and ICT (information and communication technology).
In 2018, MAAT4 generated PLN 40.3m (USD 10.2m) revenue and a PLN 0.9m EBITDA, according to the company’s data filed in the KRS (National Court Register).
